A corporate donation to Conservation Works allows your company and your employees to be actively involved with our conservation programs deployed in our community.  This involvement in our conservation and sustainable communities programs can also lead to a huge boost in employee morale.  Studies have shown that when a company chooses to make a corporate donation, workplace culture can improve with increased employee involvement and a positive general attitude.  Employees feel more positively about their workplace if their company supports volunteer activities or matches employee contributions.  This stronger emotional attachment to their employer reduces turnover and increases employee satisfaction.

We can engage with your company to offer volunteer opportunities in our conservation programs.  Help us build a raincatcher or bee patch!  Like the beach?  We have adopted Shell Beach and the related Kortum Trail along the Sonoma coast--call or email us to ask about joining us in one of our upcoming beach cleanup days!  We also participate in Benevity, an online corporate giving platform for eligible charities.  Your company can match employee giving through Benevity directly to our charity.
